This initial appointment takes approximately 2 hours. I  will take an in-depth history, including daily diet information as well as current and past medical and social issue information. This appointment will allow me to prepare a treatment plan designed especially for you. No two people that walk through the door are the same—everyone is treated as individual.

I will also provide you with your first acupuncture  treatment during this appointment. Often, you can expect to feel a bit better after your first treatment. Lasting results usually set in after additional treatments. After your first appointment, I will ask you to schedule 6 to 8 weekly treatments, depending on the severity of your symptoms and then length of time you have been dealing with your symptom.
